Positive Relationship Between Business and City

“We have a very positive relationship with the City of Big Bear Lake. They have been a partner with us right from the beginning of our commercial rehabilitation project in the Village. First they worked with us on our progressive building design and land use mix, then provided financial assistance through the Redevelopment Agency’s Façade and Sign Improvement Program, and finally they fast tracked the permit process by allowing us to secure incremental building permits on a going forward basis.” - Linda Ricchiuti, owner of Copper Q
